THE CONVENTIONAL COMPENSATION PACKAGE

If you just got your California Real Estate Licenses and do not know where to start, we are welcoming you to the Real Estate Agents Hub.  Here you have all the benefits of the materials, tools and resources.  The compensation package that we are offering for the brand new agents with no training, experience and clients is 50%/50% commission split.  For your fist few transactions you would be assigned to the seasoned broker who is going to give you one on one help with each of your transaction, until you are absolutely comfortable to go on your own.  By that time you would be able to build your client base.  Let us know when you are comfortable to get all 100% of the commission, for which you worked hard and deserve!  It is in out best interest to see you grow!
